Novus Creative is a small creative agency that understands personal service is hard to come by these days. In a world of chatbots and automated spam calls, the human connection is lacking. At the same time, technology is making it easier and easier to do business virtually anywhere. We are a team of designers, copywriters, web developers, and photographers who work virtually and still provide an unprecedented level of personal service to our clients. Meet Alison
Hi, it's me! Alison Fallecker, the founder + creative director of Novus Creative. With over a decade of experience in corporate marketing, agency work, and freelancing, I've developed a love for all things creative. I accidentally started Novus Creative in 2008 (ask me for the full story some day), and since then we've helped hundreds of clients - from public universities to small businesses to local nonprofits - with branding, design, and photography.
I was born in southern California and raised in Northern Virginia, but I call Ashland home with my husband, two little boys, and Gunner the Goldendoodle.

Behind the Blobs
The abstract shapes, aka "blobs," you see throughout this site were created by none other than Alison's two sons, Chase and Gage. They painted shapes on paper, then Alison scanned them in to use the art in Novus Creative's branding. Doesn't get more personal than that!
